The Sky Pension Plan – an important update

Following its consultation with employees, Sky has confirmed that it will designate a new workplace pension scheme for current and future employees from 1 July 2026. All contributions to the Sky Pension Plan will therefore cease with effect from 30 June 2026. The Sky Pension Plan Trustee is currently considering a request from Sky to transfer all members’ accrued retirement savings across to Sky’s new workplace pension scheme and will write to members in the coming weeks to confirm its decision, once it has taken legal and investment advice to ensure that such a transfer would be in the best interests of members.
